About the Company

Uzbek-Chinese Trading House was founded in 2006. The basic mission of Trading House is assistance in adjustment and development of business contacts between Uzbek and Chinese companies.

The basic business lines of Uzbek-Chinese Trading House:

• Granting of information search services of manufacturing equipment, specialized and building technics, raw materials and goods which are produced in The People’s Republic of China;

• Organization and support of cargo delivery from China to Uzbekistan;

• Rendering of services of Business Tourism – organization of business-tours of Uzbek businessmen to international exhibitions and the enterprises to China and other countries of the World;

• Logistics, consulting, leasing, repair and field service of the Chinese technics, etc.

Uzbek-Chinese Trading House acts with support of General representation of Commerce of the Republic of Uzbekistan in China, and also Chamber of Commerce of exporters and importers of a province of Guangzhou (The People’s Republic of China).

One of paramount tasks of UCTH is - organization of different cargoes delivery to territory of Uzbekistan, permitted to export and import by legislations of The People’s Republic of China and Uzbekistan. Among Uzbek businessmen use a special popularity the manufacturing equipment and the special building technics, produced in China.

Availability of own service center in Tashkent provides qualified warranty and after-guarantee maintenance service and repair with use only factory running spares.

«China Leasing Group» LLC, which was created on the basis of the Uzbek-Chinese Trading House as the specialized leasing company, performs leasing transactions with various kinds of the special building technics produced in China.

In UCTH operate special «Information search» and «Contract and logistics» departments, prosecuting subjects of search of the various equipment, it’s contracting and tracking function.

The other dynamically developing business line of UCTH is organization of business tours to The People's Republic of China. Uzbek businessmen have an opportunity to visit the numerous specialized exhibitions which are conducted in China, to familiarize with specificity of production and administrative activity of manufacturing plants, personally choose and test necessary equipment for them.

Development history

2006 year

The foundation of Uzbek-Chinese Trading House.

The main foreign office is located in Guangzhou.

The staff includes 5 persons.

The beginning of delivery of the various equipment from China to Uzbekistan necessary: for furniture and woodworking production; packing equipment; aluminum profile production line; confectionery and food equipment; raw and a building materials; textile equipment.

2007

The quantity of employees exceeds 10 persons.

Supply rates of the equipment and special equipment from China increase, there are new partners, activity of UCTH types the big turnovers in sphere of trade and economic relations.

2008

In the company works more than 25 persons.

Sales volumes in comparison with 2007 increase in 2.5 times.

In Urumqi opens new office UCTH.

The company receives accreditation in Uzbekistan as representation.

2009

The staff constitutes 45 persons.

In Kokand opens UCTH branch office.

In regions of Uzbekistan has started to work agent-dealer network. As a part of UCTH there are 3 agents.

Organized service center of warranty and after-guarantee maintenance service of special building technics.

2010

In the company works more than 55 persons.

Across all Uzbekistan 28 agency offices function.

The quantity of clients for last year totals about 300 companies.

New partner relations, in particular with the state and foreign organizations are adjusted.

Plans of UCTH for 2011:

- Because of 2011 is declared by year of small-scale business and private business, specialists of the company had been developed new convenient service «Business projects» which will allow any businessman to specify what business he can engage.

- In the New Year UCTH plans to stir up leasing activity at the expenses of financing deliveries of the technological and building equipment by means of partner structures of Uzbekistan and China. Also our purposes - to raise service quality of our clients at the expense of input into a system of own 4S complex (Sales, Showroom, Service, Spare parts) on special equipment and field service sales.

- In paramount tasks which puts before itself UCTH in 2011 - development of new directions of tourism activity of the company, expansion of spheres of exhibitions and the countries offered to visit, as on purpose of business tourism, and rest. Also, prepares for opening the aviacash, that will allow decreasing time essentials and means for domestic businessmen.

- In the near future in plans of UCTH are - complete automation of business processes in current activity of the company, keeping and increasing of present possibilities. That will give the chance to solve a problem of increasing orders, accelerations of their handling and the further increase of satisfaction of businessmen. And also the further increase of professionalism of employees of UCTH, that in the result will even more approach us to company mission.
